Our Method

Small Space Upgrade helps people in apartments and small homes pick products that fit. Here is how we choose what to recommend.

1. We start with what people actually buy

We look at best-selling products in each category on Amazon, then narrow them down using customer ratings (we only consider products rated 4.2 stars or higher) and sales activity.

2. We remove near-duplicates

Many listings are the same product under different brand names or in different colors. We keep the best option and drop the copies, so you compare real choices.

3. We compare specs, size and value

We check dimensions, materials, features, price and what verified buyers repeatedly praise or complain about, with extra weight on how well the product works in limited space.

4. We are clear about what we have and have not done

Unless a review is marked Tested by us, it is based on research and published customer feedback, not hands-on testing. We never claim testing we have not done.

5. We keep it current

Each review shows when it was last checked. Prices and ratings change, so always confirm on Amazon before you buy.
